Great trips don't just happen—they're made possible by the people behind the scenes.

How you’ll make an impact

Monitor service quality across different customer segments.
Collaborate with Operations teams to resolve service-related issues.
Collect and internally share customer feedback for service improvement.
Handle customer and partner inquiries, emergency calls.
Support concierge services for clients.
Assist with service arrangements and on-site service coordination.
This is a non-sales position with no sales targets.
Location: Hanoi or HCM (based on your current residence).

Yêu cầu công việc:

What You’ll Bring

Fluency in both Korean and English.
Shift work (5 days/week, 8 hours/day between 05:00–20:00 Vietnam Time).
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of travel-related systems is a plus.
Understanding of Korean travel trends and tourism information is a plus.
