Recruitment Supervisor

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies, managing employer branding efforts, and supporting employee engagement initiatives, particularly within the dynamic environments of electronic gaming, and hospitality. This role ensures seamless hiring processes aligned with the unique demands of the industry and supports activities that foster employee morale and company culture.

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across gaming, and hospitality operations.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the fast-paced service industry.
• Develop engaging job advertisements and post to relevant job boards and industry networks.
• Partner with department managers to understand position needs and ensure timely placements.
• Represent the company at hospitality and gaming job fairs and industry networking events.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and a talent pool database for high-volume recruitment.
• Conduct pre-employment checks, reference verification, and ensure proper onboarding.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as recognition events, internal celebrations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Manage recruitment documentation and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
• Generate and maintain recruitment metrics and reports for HR leadership review.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within electronic gaming, or hospitality sectors.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring and diverse job functions.
• Familiarity with hospitality and gaming workforce culture and scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Good command of labor laws related to the service industry.
• Event planning experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
