Receivable Accountant - Kế Toán Công Nợ

85% Book-keeping & Issue invoices

• Prepare weekly cash collection schedule; work with bank and MS to arrange cash collection smoothly
• Perform bank reconciliation, card reconciliation and follow to ensure collection are completely and timely
• Properly check documents before making cash receipt/ payment voucher/Refund. All transactions are fully updated into AX by required deadline
• Up-date daily transactions relating to sales, receivable, collection and refund
• Proceed invoice issuance and management properly and timely: prepare list of contract to issue invoice

15% Administration

• Filling every related supporting documents
• 5% Other tasks as per request of manager and company

• University degree of Financial Accounting or equivalent.
• Audit Experience in one of the popular auditing firms is an advantage.
• Have up to date knowledge on accounting and tax regulation.
• Fair level on written and verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Financial accounting software.
• Good work ethic, with strong values and principles.
