Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a Localization Project Manager to work with our Content Production team. Your work will involve developing project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control to translate content from Chinese to English.

You must be a highly motivated individual who can work comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced team environment. You have the ability to manage priorities and projects, with the right collaborative attitude and combination of organizational and communication skills. Your result-driven mindset and ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at once will be crucial to us.

Responsibilities
● Create and control localization project budgets, perform cost-tracking analysis, optimize contract-to-market time.
● Control quality of all Chinese-English localization projects for our licensed comics
● Drive high quality output from localization vendors and/or freelancers
● Manage and coordinate the Chinese-English localization team and/or freelancers
● Communicate and collaborate well with other Content Production team members

Yêu cầu công việc

● Knowledge and interest in manga, comics and other related media
● Advanced or fluent in Korean. You must be able to handle projects and tasks that require reading and translating content from Korean to English
● Advanced or business-level English skills. You must be able to communicate your work progress and results to your team members in verbal and written English
● Experience in translating Korean webtoons/comics or other media is a plus
● Experience in working with a tech company or start-up is a plus
● Knowledge of industry standard localization tools and processes is a plus
● Strong analytical problem-solving skills
● Strong attention to detail
