Mô tả công việc:
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Implement and maintain process control plans.
- Conduct regular process and product audits.
- Identify and report non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.
- Develop and update visual standards, work instructions, and control plans.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present defect analysis reports.
- Support production to drive corrective action when nonconformity product detected at IPQC/ OQC.
- Train operators and inspectors on quality control procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to production teams.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Feedback quality issue of material to IQA team.
- Prepare and submit regular quality reports to the PQA Supervisor.
- Track and report on key quality metrics.
- Do other jobs assigned by Head of Quality Department.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University/Technical bachelor/Engineering degree, prefer in Electronic/Mechanical.
- Minimum of 3 years in a quality assurance/control role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good at communication English.
- 7 Q tools, 5 core tools basic, data analysis, ISO 9001 awareness, CAPA, …
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…).
