Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (English & Japanese, $1500, ID12416).
Ensure the quality of products shipped from the factory.
Prepare documentation for new product certification.
Measure, analyze, and evaluate defective products (including process-failure products and returned products).
Control internal specifications, appearance sample boards, and product evaluation standards according to customer requirements.
Act as the communication window between the factory and customers: conduct quality meetings with customers, handle customer audits and visits, exchange information with customers, and process complaints and prepare reports when receiving customer feedback.
Control and manage measuring equipment.
Establish and monitor KPIs for departments/teams based on job functions.
Ensure workplace environmental safety and traffic safety for employees in accordance with company policies.
Develop departmental strategies aligned with the company’s business operations and objectives.
Propose improvements and optimization plans for manpower and budget efficiency to contribute to the company’s business results.
Ensure stable human resources to effectively perform and accomplish departmental tasks.
Advise and support other departments on quality assurance, improvement of yield rates, and continuous improvement projects.

Age range: Under 45 years old
Bachelor’s degree graduate.
More than 3 years of experience working in similar position in an electronic components manufacturing factory, with experience in customer correspondence and handling (certification audits, complaint handling, etc.).
Good at English (TOEIC score above 500).
Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3–N2 level.
