Job Description:

1. Role: QC Technician based in Quy Nhon

Reporting directly to the QC Manager in HCMC, responsibilities include:

- Communicate daily in person with the factory in-charge person regarding quality and compliance protocols.

- Work alongside the Business Developer on sample checking, factory audits and claims activities. Work with the DE Quality control team on the inspection process.

- Knowledge of related industry (furniture materials, such as wood, wicker, metal, cushions and fabrics), construction, design and stability.

- Ensure that factories comply with company standards and good documentation practices by providing accurate records of inspections, test results and other quality-related documentation.

- Good understanding of industrial standards (e.g. EN and REACH testing). Establish testing standards, develop the necessary test protocols and provide standard SOP training to suppliers and the QC team in accordance with company requirements.

- Be familiar with quality procedure documents.

- Have good experience in factory and process auditing.

- Analytical skills: excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.

- Oversee QC operations at factories, including inspection of raw materials, in-process/inline - production, and final goods.

- Work with the QC team and the factory to investigate and address quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformance reports. Find solutions to quality issues, identify risks and improve production processes.
