*Roles & Responsibilities

Standard Quality Management
- Manage QA SQM team do the personel hygiene, pre-processing, packing standard for current products, new products (Domestic, Export) follow the releasing timeline; cleaning standard for current machine, new machine follow SSOP of FSC; testing method for QC team, Xray - Metal detector standard - CJ Foods, CJ Cau Tre - Long An Branch.
- Manage QA SQM do the change point of packaging, print date.
- Manage Verification compliance with standards according to GMP, SSOP.
- Training workers, QA - QC about standards, food safety awareness, regulation of law.
- Manage QA prepare documents, standard for HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, Halal, Costco certification audits.
- Make the weekly, monthly, yearly report.

Customer complaint
- Manage QA Executive handle customer/ consumer complaint to complete right the timeline follow Procedure.
- Visiting Customer/ Market to evaluation display condition.
- Make the CAR/ CAPA for Export products.
- Make the improvement action for claim.
- Make the weekly, monthly, yearly report.

Pest control
- Maintains the equipment (lights, traps) operate 100%.
- Periodically audit the factory and request related department fix it to prevent insects/pests from entering the inside
- Manage and supervise pest control vendor.
- Control the ability document, monthly report.
- Propose, advice, handle issue for pest control in factory.
- Prepare the document for audit, make the CAR for NC after external audit (if have).

Technical Transfer Sheet: Manage QA Executive to Transfer, control and keep TTS follow the CJ regulation (confidental).

DR:
- Manage & perform DR 2 Report for new products or re-DR product.
- Meeting and request improvement before DR3/ Mass production
- Support release SQM related to complete DR2 Report.

Other duties as assigned by QAQC Manager

Educational Background

- A Bachelor degree of Chemical Technology, BioTechnology, Food Technology, Quality Management.
- A certificate of Quality Control, Quality Assrurance, BRC, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, 7 QC tools.

Expertise Skills & Experience

- At least 01 year of working experience with similar position.
- Strong abilities in written and spoken English (Korean is a big plus)
- Familiar to training program management, needs analysis, stakeholder engagement.

- Good Team-Player; Self-motivation;Good communication skills
