- Research, develop and improve seasoning formulas for instant noodles, cup noodles and similar products.
- Analyze market trends & consumer preferences to propose new formulas.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production, QC and other related teams to launch products to the market.
- Ensure seasonings meet food safety, quality and cost standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Technology or related field.
- Experience of hands-on experience in seasoning development, preferably for instant noodles or similar food products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching seasoning products in the market.
- Experience in market trend analysis and consumer preference integration.
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, flavor science, and ingredient functionality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct sensory evaluations and analytical testing.
