Dream Job Alert! Become a ProjectSales Manager (Building Material, ID12051) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2000++/month:

  • Manage the Tostem aluminum project sales division in the Southern region, covering provinces from Phu Yen to Ca Mau
  • Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of the project sales team in the South.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving project sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Develop specialized documents and procedures aligned with departmental management requirements; train and coach staff to meet job expectations.
  • Build relationships with new investors and design consultancy firms to explore project opportunities and maximize sales potential for Tostem products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing project investors, while providing maximum support to fabricators and partners in supply, technical consulting, and installation of Tostem aluminum products.
  • Propose and participate in setting sales targets for the division, and organize execution to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Expand new fabricator partners (NGCs) while strengthening existing relationships to drive sales in the project channel.
  • Support the supervision team and fabricators in assembly and installation to ensure product quality and progress requirements are met.
  • Assist supervision teams and fabricators in resolving issues with project owners and main contractors related to Tostem door and façade installation.
  • Ensure fabricators comply with contract agreements regarding payment and product collection schedules.
  • Implement directives from company leadership across relevant departments/individuals, monitor execution, and report results to management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female
  • Have 7–10 years in sales, with strong expertise in building direct connections with property investors, design consultancy firms, and main construction contractors; over 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Proficient in English
