Mô tả công việc:

  • Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Sales Executive (Building Materials, Remote, 1.500 USD, ID 21440)
  • Cultivate and leverage high-impact alliances across the construction value chain, targeting developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and design firms.
  • Strategically track, evaluate, and capture upcoming construction pipelines, government initiatives, and tender prospects.
  • Continuously scale a robust commercial network to drive organic pipeline opportunities.
  • Direct the promotion and technical presentation of the company's building materials, equipment systems, and specialized technical solutions.
  • Assess complex client specifications to engineer and pitch highly compatible product configurations.
  • Formulate precise quotations, commercial proposals, and comprehensive tender submissions.
  • Lead contract negotiations to successfully close deals and secure project-based orders.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle from early-stage tendering and contract signing through to final delivery and handover.
  • Partner internally with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation departments to guarantee seamless on-time project execution.
  • Intervene strategically to resolve bottlenecks and provide critical support during live project rollouts.
  • Maintain a structured schedule of site and office visits to reinforce long-term stakeholder partnerships.
  • Address inquiries proactively, facilitate after-sales technical support, and resolve customer grievances with urgency.
  • Capitalize on account penetration opportunities through structured up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Analyze competitor movements, local market shifts, and emerging engineering trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Synthesize field intelligence into actionable business development strategies for executive leadership.
  • Represent the enterprise at key industrial expos, product launches, technical seminars, and business roundtables.
  • Consistently meet or exceed designated revenue, project volume, and profitability targets.
  • Deliver precise sales forecasts, pipeline updates, progress tracking, and executive management reports.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 26–35 years old
  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales within the construction materials, construction equipment, or engineering industry.
  • Good command of English.
