Having experience manage team which have more than 30 member
Having IT knowledge background.
Having Product building background.
Team management skills: Planning, process creating, resource coordinate, problem solving, estimation, cost
Having experience working following Waterfall and Scrum process
Managing time effectively to achieve the deadline
Excellent planner and coordinator
Able to work with groups or team
Ability to work under pressure
Have experiences about Networking knowledge
Have deeply knowledge about mobile testing technical
Quickly to investigate and adapt to the new technical
Have good game / web / mobile app testing process
Good to use Microsoft office, Google doc, spreadsheet, and google script
Good report skills.
