Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for project planning, program preparation, user training, online support during project implementation; 2. Responsible for on-site communication and business research of project customers to obtain timely and accurate information and requirements; 3. Responsible for analysing and consolidating requirements for product technicians; 4. Responsible for compiling, updating and publishing business processes, product specifications, training materials and other project related documents; 5. Assist sales with pre-sales technical support; 6. Any other tasks assigned by management. 工作职责： 1. 负责项目实施过程中的项目计划、方案编制、用户培训、上线支持等； 2. 负责项目客户现场的沟通和业务调研，获得及时、准确的需求信息； 3. 负责对需求进行分析整理，形成面向产品技术人员的需求规格说明书； 4. 负责编制、更新和发布业务流程、产品说明书、培训材料等项目相关文档； 5. 协助销售进行售前技术支持; 6. 管理层分配的任何其他任务。

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Diploma and above, major in logistics, IT or related; 2. Fresh graduates are welcomed; 3. Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage; 4. Language proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must for liaison with China HQ and Chinese speaking stakeholders; 5. Experience in implementing Warehouse Management System (WMS), transportation management system, express management system, e-commerce system, ERP and other systems is preferred; 6. Possess excellent project management, good interpersonal and document writing skills; 7. Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure; 8. Able to travel when required. 要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，物流、管理、计算机等相关专业。 2. 2 年以上工作经验。 3. 中文/英语口语熟练； 4. 有仓库管理系统、运输管理系统、快递管理系统、电子商务系统、ERP 等系统实施经验者优先； 5. 具备优秀的项目管理能力。 6. 性格外向，愿意与人交流，较强的人际沟通能力； 7. 主动性好，具有团队协作精神； 8. 良好的文档编写能力； 9. 工作勤奋刻苦，能承受较大工作压力； 10. 可以适应出差。
