【Job Summary】
- Plan and assign work to workers, ensuring production schedules and output targets are met.
- Supervise daily production operations and handle arising issues (machinery, materials, manpower).
- Ensure product quality by checking compliance with technical standards and minimizing defects.
- Manage workshop personnel, including attendance tracking, performance evaluation, training new workers, and maintaining labor discipline.
- Ensure occupational safety by enforcing safety regulations and preventing workplace accidents.

【Job description】
- Develop, implement, review, update, and improve all aspects of the company’s CSR and Environmental policies, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Conduct EHS risk assessment processes to identify known hazards and minimize workplace risks.
- Monitor, evaluate, and review existing, new, and upcoming EHS regulations, ensuring that the company has appropriate systems and procedures in place to maintain legal compliance.
- Actively collaborate with department managers and key personnel to establish and maintain continuous improvement programs in health and safety management within their areas of responsibility, including conducting regular audits.
- Ensure compliance with annual customer audit plans related to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Higg FEM environmental programs.
- Ensure that proper documentation is maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
- Maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
- Strictly comply with company regulations and safety policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management and department heads.
- Prepare production reports for supervisors (output, defects, progress).
- Monitor raw materials and coordinate with warehouse and related departments.
- Propose process improvements to enhance productivity

- Graduated with a degree in a related field
- At least 2 -3 years of experience in production management, Production Supervisor, or Line Leader
- Experience managing workers (ideally 10–50+ operators)
- Good in English ( From Intermediate Level)
- Basic knowledge of EHS, safety regulations, and factory compliance (CSR/audit is a plus)
- Experience in the garment, textile, or footwear (leather/shoes) industry
