Product Owner

1. Product Ownership

• Define Strategy & Roadmap: Craft and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EAERA CBS—covering CRM, Backoffice, Client Portal, Affiliate Management, and AI Agent modules—in alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Gather & Prioritize Requirements: Collect input from sales, implementation teams, customers, and partners; combine with market research to build and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate Business Needs: Convert high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with development, UX/UI, and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
• Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-release improvements, monitoring feedback and metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality: Guarantee that all features and releases comply with industry regulations (KYC/AML, GDPR, ISO 27001) and meet user needs and business objectives.

2. Project Management

• Plan & Track Timelines:Establish and maintain project schedules, defining sprints, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, facilitating collaboration among developers, designers, QA, and operations.
• Risk Management: Identify technical, regulatory, and market risks; develop and execute mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates, highlight roadblocks, and propose solutions to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Agile/Scrum Implementation: Champion agile best practices and Scrum framework to maximize team efficiency and product quality.

3. Quality Control & Assurance

• Define Quality Standards:Set and enforce clear quality benchmarks for all software releases, covering performance, security, and reliability.
• Oversee Testing & Bug Resolution: Work closely with QA to design and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests; ensure timely defect triage and resolution.
• Monitor Operational Metrics: Track key indicators such as uptime, response times, incident rates, and compliance audit results to maintain product integrity.
• Implement Feedback Loops: Gather and analyze user feedback (NPS, CSAT) and system logs, turning insights into actionable improvements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in Quality Control within a technology environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for project tracking.
• Technical knowledge of software development, APIs, and system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
