Product Marketing Assistant

KEY DUTIES:

• Provide support to Hong Kong Marketing and Project Management team to resolve issues in order fulfillment and production/shipment release, especially for tasks requiring physical presence in Vietnam.
• Support supply chain processes such as order processing, shipping and PMC planning.
• Handle sample arrangement from start to finish (submit requests, prepare samples, pack, ship out and track approval).
• Prepare quotes and Excel reports.
• Acquire data form and update Oracle ERP system.
• Vietnam related travel and admin support.

1. Education: College abovein Business Administration, Marketingor related disciplines.

2. Experience:

• 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry (home appliances) of consumer products, with good understanding of factory operations.
• Preferably experience in using an ERP or MRP system

3. Knowledge:

• Good command of written email and spoken English is a must
• Have basic understanding of shipping and logistics
• Have basic understanding of product development
• Preferably with experience working with product development teams or consumer goods projects
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
