Medical Representative Supervisor - Giám Sát Trình Dược Viên

Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh city

1. Job Purpose:

- To ensure effective management of the Field Force Team and their activities in alignment with the approved strategic plans for Vietnam within the assigned territory.

- To achieve the defined performance objectives and contribute to overall organizational growth as set by the management.

2. Job Description:

- Tender Management: support tender team to handle all the tender issue

- Field Force Management: Supervise 3 Medical Representatives in the Mekong Delta and 1 Medical Representative in the South East, overseeing all operations and field activities in these regions.

1. Experience:

• 3-5 year experience as Field Force Supervisor/ District Manager in the hospital tenders & pharmaceutical business of Vietnam.

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with experience in the Mekong Delta and/or Eastern regions.

2. Personality: Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, team player with strong leadership and communication skills. Skilled in managing key relationships.

3. Computer skills: Advanced in MS office.

4. Language skills: Fluent in Vietnamese & English

5. Others: Frequent Domestic Business trips from time to time.

6. Education: Degree in Pharmacy/Medicine.
