1. Develop and implement company operation plans:
· Collaborate with departments to create weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
· Monitor, evaluate, and adjust plans to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Conduct market research and data analysis:
· Perform market research to analyze trends and customer needs.
· Evaluate competitors and propose effective competitive strategies.
3. Develop new products:
· Identify ideas and opportunities for new product development.
· Design a product development roadmap from concept to market launch.
· Work with relevant departments to design, produce, and finalize products.
4. Monitor and improve existing products:
· Collect feedback from customers and the market.
· Propose solutions to improve quality, pricing, or associated services.
5. Propose ideas for business expansion and model development:
· Identify new business opportunities and suggest ideas to expand the current model.
· Research potential business areas and develop long-term growth plans.
6. Manage projects:
· Oversee and track the progress of projects related to planning and product development.
· Regularly report work results to the Director.
