Key Responsibilities:
Executive support to CBD
Provide administrative support to the Country Business Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize materials for leadership meetings.
Office management
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace environment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and facility needs.
Manage office budget and procurement processes in alignment with company policies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the office.
Team engagement & culture building
Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and suggestions related to workplace experience.
Internal events planning & execution
Lead the planning and execution of internal events such as townhalls, kick-off meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event content with business priorities and employee interests.
Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, communications, and post-event feedback collection.
Communication & coordination
Draft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the CBD and leadership team.
Maintain internal calendars for key events, holidays, and company-wide initiatives.
Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment on corporate programs and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office; design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator are a plus.
Fluent in English
