Project Description: The client is a large global company specializing in manufacturing gaming peripherals for computers. You will collaborate with a global team, End-User team, taking on the role of a Oracle Functional Consultant Support, addressing challenging issues related to Oracle EBS System.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Oracle EBS for executing supply chain business operations.
The Vietnamese team collaborates directly with end-users in the US and Taiwan.
Take ownership of delivering Oracle Consultant tasks within agreed-upon timeframes and budgets.
Daily checks and issue resolution via Helpdesk Tickets, program enhancements based on user requests, and performance improvements.
Generating reports using Discoverer, Report Builder, Form Builder, XML Publisher, Oracle Personalization and Web ADI.
As an Oracle Functional Consultant, actively participate in design, business analysis, testing, and delivery of Oracle application solutions, serving in roles such as Oracle Functional Consultant or Business Quality Control.
Verify the output of the development team.
Generate reports on data and assist the development team in understanding customer requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders within an agile environment.
Collaborate with the US team to develop new features (if any).

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business or technology consulting.
Required experience with Oracle EBS.
Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle EBS.
Strong experience in XML, BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Responsible for maintaining technical documentation.
Analyze and verify programming and quality standards, aligning with underlying Business Consultant/Business Quality Control.
Proficiency in English is mandatory
