We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Data Development Supervisor to lead the development of data tools that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
This role requires close collaboration with operations teams to analyze data, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement and long-term operational strategy.
Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing the management and control of the indirect material warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and optimized warehouse operations, work at Saigon High Tech Park, District 9, HCMC
Tool Development & Automation for IDM warehouse and operations team: Design, develop, and maintain operational data tools, dashboards, and reporting systems related to IDM Warhouse Report and Indirect Material Planning team, as well as the rest of operations team such as timesheet attendence.
Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy of information flow from security, access door system data.
Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation: Analyze operational, security data to detect trends, performance gaps, and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes of issues and develop corrective actions.
Strategic & Process Improvement: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives across operations and warehouse management.
Evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
Provide training and support on data tools and systems to end-users.
Indirect Material Warehouse and Planning Management: Oversee and control the indirect material warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
Implement best practices for inventory control, space utilization, and material handling.
Monitor KPIs related to warehouse operations and initiate improvements where necessary.
Work cross-functionally with the team to make sure the proper flow of delivery material.
SOP for IDM flow
Other tasks related to factory management and assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

College and above. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistic, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically in indirect materials.
Be able to comfortably use English. English: Verbal communication + Written
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in procurement software, Data Analysis, Microsoft BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Marcos, VBA,..
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of warehouse/inventory operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Helpful and friendly demeanor
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Be able to go to Binh Duong once or twice a week.
