Train and coach promoters at retail outlets on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Supervise and coordinate daily promoter activities to align with sales strategies and brand objectives.
Evaluate performance of individual promoters and provide timely feedback for improvement.
Monitor retail execution including stock availability, purchase orders (PO), and product display standards at all touchpoints.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new promoters according to business needs and regional requirements.
Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, promoter effectiveness, and KPIs to management.
Support internal campaigns, sales pushes, and any other ad hoc operational tasks from management.
Travel between stores as needed to maintain direct oversight and support across outlets.

At least 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, field sales supervision, or promoter management (FMCG or personal care background preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring frontline staff.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Highly mobile — willing to travel frequently to retail locations.
Energetic, solution-focused, and results-driven.

Salary: negotiable based on experience (25,000,000 – 30,000,000)
Motocycle Parking allowance: The company will pay directly for the building
Motocycle Parking allowance (after working hours): 50,000 VND
Parking allowance: 1,000,000 VND
Petrol allowance: 2,000,000 VND
Handphone allowance: 150,000 VND
Transportation allowance: 3,000,000 VND
Annual performance-based bonus (following company performance)
Laptop provided. Full social insurance during the probation period

Working day: 5 days per week in which Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days; 2 days off per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
