Operation Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Train and coach promoters at retail outlets on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate daily promoter activities to align with sales strategies and brand objectives.
• Evaluate performance of individual promoters and provide timely feedback for improvement.
• Monitor retail execution including stock availability, purchase orders (PO), and product display standards at all touchpoints.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new promoters according to business needs and regional requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, promoter effectiveness, and KPIs to management.
• Support internal campaigns, sales pushes, and any other ad hoc operational tasks from management.
• Travel between stores as needed to maintain direct oversight and support across outlets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, field sales supervision, or promoter management (FMCG or personal care background preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring frontline staff.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Highly mobile — willing to travel frequently to retail locations.
• Energetic, solution-focused, and results-driven.
