Nutrition Training & Compliance Officer

Main Purpose of the Job: To build and maintain a competent, customer orientated, results driven , effective and efficient MFF, Sale team, NNA, CES..., through indepth knowledge training of the applicable NIN products to use the globally supported skills suite and best practice to their advantage to compliantly drive the marketing strategy and deliver the business objectives.
- Identifies in one sentence the highest level contribution to the business results.
Key Outputs / Deliverables:
Trainer:
- Training the MFF, Sale team, NNA, CES... on Nestle and competitor product knowledge, basic physiology related to infant nutrition, infant nutrition related conditions and nutrition concepts
- Skill training NNA
- Guide & training MD via E-learning ( Atrivitry, Boost App ... )
- Support to Marketing and MFF for successful closed loop marketing, through input in HCP engagement aid development (all tools, presentations and -detailers), training and coaching on the use of the engagement aids
- Introducing and keeping track of NIN e-learning courses' progress
Compliance:
- Make sure the WHO Code Compliance Training well planned and implemented
• Aligned with internal and external stateholders to make a annual training plan to make sure Company employees and direct third parties well trained and compliant with WHO Code, Company Policy and Procedures and Vietnamese Regulations.
• Continuous to improve training materials
- Conduct regular monitoring activities to make sure all marketing activities are compliant with company Policy and Procedures and Vietnamese Regulations.
• Build an effective plan and monitor activities of medical, digital and trade activities
• Report and propose viable solutions to deal with violations determined from the monitoring activities
• Propose activities to prevent violations at fields
• Document all allegations and response to potential non-compliant instances
- Responsible for administrative job of the department including documentation, payment and event logistics
- Other tasks
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

Key Requirements:
- Experience in medical detailing, territoy management and customer data base management.(MFF CRM tool) - Relationship building and KOLmanagement. - Collaborating with internal and external counterparts for insights,strategic alignment and support. - Presentations to groups or training experience.
- Budget management.
- Prior experience in FMCG is a plus
- Prior experience in Nutrition business is very important
- Microsoft Office package.
