Mô tả công việc

Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers of cassava, sweet potatoes, and other plant-based ingredients across Vietnam.
Conduct frequent field visits to provinces to evaluate suppliers, inspect farms, and assess crop quality.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and procurement terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply stability.
Monitor market trends, seasonal availability, and price fluctuations of key agricultural products.
Ensure suppliers comply with company quality standards and delivery requirements.
Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate transportation and timely delivery of raw materials.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and production, to align sourcing strategies with business goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2years of experience in agricultural procurement, supply chain, or sourcing.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s agricultural supply chain and local farming networks.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas and provinces to meet suppliers and inspect farms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
