Mô tả công việc

1. DEVELOPMENT:

- Receive documents from the Planning department, based on Tech Pack designs the complete pattern.
- Enter shrinkage test results, pattern test according to the degree of shrinkage, and then print the pattern for the sewing part.

- Track the pattern that develops during the sewing process sample. Edit the pattern according to the suggestion of the sample sewing department (if any).

- Receive feedback on development samples from customers Edit the pattern for the next templates.

2. PRODUCTION PATTERN:

- Receive 0% draft, check document pattern with template what is special to respond to customers before sewing PP.

- Jump size.
- Get shrinkage, then add shrinkage to make PP sewing and size set.
- Prepare sewing accessories for size sets.

- Parameter Measurement PP, size set, and correction for production patterns.
- Production printing, inspection, stamping.
- Make parameters before washing, before ironing.
- Pilot tracking, pre-parameter measurement Wash and after washing the pilot row, adjust the pattern if any (reprint the SX pattern).
- After checking the Pilot goods, continue the custom of making production patterns for each pattern according to each color, then printing production patterns and stamping sign.
- Other tasks as assigned and dispatched of superiors.
