As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team and support our HR efforts, with a primary focus on recruitment and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the staffing needs of the company (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assist in organizing training and development activities for staff.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle basic employee relations and support HR policies implementation.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to HR operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration, preferably in the education or services sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in Vietnam is a plus.
