Plan competitors Present Yearly & Quarter Plan to BOD for approve Present Monthly Plan to Store managers, Store management Searching for New Supplier and analyzing new suppliers (Manufacturer & Vendor) Sourcing factory and Suppliers
2. Supplier Negotiation; Item Select, Promotion, BSC Condition
Management Sharing Negotiations result; Reporting, Summarize, Meeting Prepare Report for "Product Meeting" Communicate with supplier to guarantee smooth operation and invoice checking Plan for seasonal promotion and event Floor planning for planogram Maintain Assortment and Replacement
3. Sales and Operation Store visting and Checking the Display Situation Running Sales Promotion / Event Running Renovation / New Store (Supplier Arrange, Coordination of Deps...)
4. Product Propose idea for product development
Development Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction Check official requirement for sales (License, copy right)
5. Compliance
Check Branding Effect of each Product
Document Control (check supplier's document also)

From College and above
1. Knowledge • Have knowledge in Product Development is a plus. • Purchasing experience, deep knowledge about Non-food categories, newest labor market situation.
2. Experience • 3+ years of experience a similar role in Retail industry • Logical thinking • Negotiate skill • Analytical skill • Deep thinking of customer insight
