ME Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

• Be responsibility for building new fixture/machine for new model project.
• Be responsible for transferring new fixture/machine for new project from PRC to VN.
• Be responsible for improving the fixture/Machine to support production efficiency and quality.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Fixture/Machine transfer from CN to VN for New Model
• New project Jig and fixture make
• New Project follow up the Timeline, Escalate and giving the solution when issue happen
• Running EB/PP/1st MP and solving PSR with PIE(IE)/NPI/QE/PRO to launch new product to production
• New project Process design with IE, NPI, QE
• Project document and handover to Maintenance team (COM, Machine release, Fixture/Machine list…)
• Support PE/Maintenance team for analysis/investigate the failure/troubleshooting.
• Running CIP (Continues improvement process) project and follow up
• New Project Efficiency
• Quality of work
• Teamwork
• CIP

Education

• University, Major in Electric-Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical related.

Experience:

• At least 3 years working experience in electronics/electrical field, experience in automatic machine or battery production line is an advance.

Knowledge

• Fluent in WORD / EXCEL software and working knowledge.
• Be able to program PLC, C, C#, C++ is a plus.

Functional Skills

• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a teamwork.
