Material Control Planner

• Release purchasing orders to suppliers based on Lead time, MOQ/MPQ, system demand by weekly.
• Work out supplier delivery schedule and monitor suppliers' delivery on time. In order to make sure no material shortage in production line.
• Control suppliers manufacturing lead time, processes, capacity, raw materials and identify the risk and solution in advance.
• Control inventory: Maintain proper inventory level and minimum the excess material if any order cancellation.
• Reportfor Excess Obsolete(E&O) material by monthly with proposal action. Work with cross functional team for action to clear the E&O
• Control engineer change order(ECO) to cut off old stock and ram up new item
• Resultthe issue with vendor for shortage/missing/expedition
• To confirm the schedule follow customer request (new order(MR)/Pull-push/Cancel/Swap POs)
• Work as a key role on new product development to ensure material for new product on time, Analyze the material expedition option and propose solufions
• Control Supplier capability and supplier compliance with TTI policy.
• System and material planning process compliance.

• University graduated
• Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Minimum 2-year relevant Supply Chain, Procurement, Operation,
• Industrial Management experience with good knowledge of Purchase and material control.
• Fully understand MRP system and Purchase flow
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power Point/Excel...
• Oracle, VBA knowledge, Chinese speaking are preferred
• APICS certificate is preferred
• Able to work effectively
• Work in electrical industry is an advantage
