Marketing Manager (Hyra Network)

Strategy & Campaign Leadership

• Define OKRs and execute comprehensive marketing + growth hacking strategies focused on: Brand awareness, User acquisition, Community building.
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, PR, KOLs, affiliates, and global events.
• Lead product launch campaigns, token listing rollouts, and Layer 2–3 partnership activations.

Technical Communication & Market Education

• Work closely with CTO, blockchain, and legal teams to deeply understand the product and communicate it clearly to external audiences.
• Design and distribute educational materials: guides, video series, infographics, AMAs, etc.
• Build initiatives that onboard developers: DePIN Builder Programs, hackathons, and builder challenges.

Growth & Community Development

• Launch viral growth tactics: referrals, airdrops, minigames, TikTok challenges, AI-based content, etc.
• Design and optimize user funnels using metrics like CAC, conversion rate, retention, LTV.
• Manage marketing budgets and continuously track ROI across campaigns.

Technical Competencies

• 5–7 years of experience in technology marketing (preferably in AI, Blockchain, SaaS, or fast-paced tech startups).
• Proven success in launching token campaigns, growing Web3 communities, and activating staking or builder ecosystems.
• Previous experience as CMO, Head of Growth, or Marketing Lead in a Web3 project or exchange is a strong advantage.
• Strong grasp of technical storytelling—able to turn features into narratives that drive adoption.
