0-6 months: CEO Direct Mentorship - Marketing Management Trainee.

If you’re hungry to learn, execute, and scale fast - this is your chance to level up with this 6 months Marketing Management Trainee Program.

Upon successfully completing the Marketing Management Trainee Program, your career roadmap will continue as follows:

• 6-12 months: Senior Associate in Marketing Operations/Influencer Marketing.
• 12-18 months: Assistant Marketing Operations/Influencer Marketing Manager.
• 18-30 months: Marketing/Creative Manager.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• CEO Support: Assist the CEO with strategic projects, research, report preparation, and implementation of key initiatives. This position will be mentored and directed by the CEO.
• Technical Savvy: Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies/AI and tools that enhance marketing efforts on Shopify platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing operations.
• Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our audience.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication and project management skills. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with business objectives.
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing platforms. Demonstrate the ability to learn swiftly and apply new knowledge to ongoing projects.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize and improve results.

• 0-2 years of experience working in performance marketing agencies, MNCs, or local e-commerce brands. Case competition winners are highly preferred.
• Full-stack marketing mindset with interest in both performance and creative aspects.
• Strong Mathematical analysis and English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Regional Experience: Experience with U.S. or EU e-commerce markets.
• Experience with Meta Ads or Website Building is a plus.
• Persuasive communication: skilled at identifying prospects' needs and converting them through compelling outreach.
