【Job Summary 】
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Inside Sales Staff to join our team, a cutting-edge company specializing in the development of automatic sewing machines, sewing robots, and contract manufacturing of precision sewn products.
Our Vietnam operation serves as a strategic center for production and innovation, leveraging our advanced automation technologies to deliver high-quality sewn products such as blood-pressure cuff fabrics, automotive seat covers, airbags, and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving both demand generation and sales activities across target markets, supporting the commercial growth of our business in key sectors, including automotive safety systems and industrial sewn products. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies, build relationships with prospective customers, and nurture leads through to closure.
This is a hybrid role combining marketing strategy, inside sales execution, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has strong communication skills, with an interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
【Responsiblities】
-Conduct sales calls, demos, and meetings with prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
-Negotiate terms in alignment with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
-Identify and research potential customers in target industries.(e.g. medical, automotive, safety systems)
-Use inbound and outbound strategies (email campaigns, calls, social media, events) to generate qualified leads.
-Maintain and update CRM with prospect information, pipeline status, and next steps.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement demand-generation campaigns (digital, content, events).
-Develop marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies) tailored to different customer segments.
-Monitor metrics (open rates, conversion, MQL/SQL) and report on campaign performance.
-Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and set monthly/quarterly targets.
-Report on KPIs such as lead conversion, sales cycle length, and win rates.
-Provide regular analysis on performance versus targets and propose corrective actions.
-Other related tasks.
-Bachelor’s degree
-At least 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
-At least 1 year of Telemarketing experience
-English (Intermediate level)
- Able to work in the company factory at Dong Nai within the first 2-3 months for learning products and training (company car will be provided for pickup from HCMC-Dong Nai and Dong Nai-HCMC everyday)
