Marketing Executive (Temporary 6 Months)

• Executing marketing action plans to support sales initiatives

• Proposing, managing weekly/monthly EDM campaigns using marketing automation systems

• Creating and executing various creative design and video projects to enhance brand visibilities

• Translating and formatting marketing materials (brochures, catalogs) in Vietnamese and English

• Preparing content for internal and external newsletters

• Organizing company events, business meetings, and conference calls as needed

• Overseeing the showroom and equipment for demonstrations, events, seminars

• Designing marketing materials and sales collaterals while preparing promotional items

• Monitoring, analyzing trends, market share in printing industry

• Compiling weekly marketing activity reports

• Completing additional tasks assigned by immediate Manager

General Requirement:

• Graduated University/College in related fields

• From 1-2 years of working experience in similar positions (fresh students can be trained)

• Having knowledge/experiences in the printing industry is a plus

• Strong planning and analytical skills, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Well organized, high senses of responsibility, teamwork, hardworking, pro-active

• Eager to learn new knowledge and experience, enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” attitude

• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
