Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence online.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and support sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- English - communication level. Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred.
- Certificates: Diploma/Degree preferably in Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience: Prefer 2-3 years in Online Marketing
- Proven professional experience in running campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, GA, GTM, GMC
- Experience in developing Youtube, Tiktok, and SEO is preferred
- Proactively / able to handle business operation with less of supervision.
- Marketing or communications qualifications
- Customer-centered and result-oriented
- Good communication, data handling and analytical skills
- Good team player
