Manage supply operations, including purchase order collaboration, PO management, planning master data maintenance, unplanned issue resolution, and delivery optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including offshore manufacturing factories, to anticipate and resolve supply and delivery challenges before and during purchase order execution.
Support the execution and deployment of the Company’s strategic projects to ensure smooth transition and minimize impact on operations and delivery.
Work closely with manufacturing partner business teams across the Company’s source bases.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sourcing and Supply Planning, Material Supply Management, Geography Inventory Planning, and Logistics.
Collaborate with Supply Planning Analysts across Asia to execute PO collaboration, PO management, and strategic project deployment.
Gather data, perform data validation and analysis, and prepare reports as required.
Monitor operational performance and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
Maintain accurate planning, master data and ensure timely updates to support business operations.
Identify operational risks and support timely resolution to ensure delivery targets are met.
Build strong working relationships with factory teams, internal stakeholders, and regional business partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, planning, or related fields.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of supply planning, purchase order management, delivery tracking, and manufacturing operations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high sense of ownership.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to resolve conflicts through effective communication and partnership.
Ability to work effectively with different cultures and cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills in English.
Mid to advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience with database query and reporting tools such as Tableau, Access, Cognos, or Power BI.
Familiarity with planning systems, database tools, internal reports, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills is a plus.
