Mô tả công việc:
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Work with BOD to plan for short and long-term goals.
- Work with CS team to manage and develop customer relationships.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Oversee daily operations and projects to deliver optimal results.
- Lead sales support initiatives and work closely with finance and CS teams on proposals and bidding activities.
- Work closely with team and management on marketing initiatives to enhance sales and incoming leads.
- Manage customer complaints, crisis and potential revenue increase or reduction.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Operation background. Car rental experience preferred
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from university. Communicate fluently in English.
- Customer service oriented and quick problem-solving
- Familiarity in dealing with different departments
- Can multitask with excellent planning skills
