Manager

Shobukan Dojo (a martial art club) is seeking a Manager with experience in the service industry or education. We are located in HO CHI MINH CITY. As the Manager, you will be responsible for human resources: recruiting, onboarding, training of employees, processing payroll, performance evaluations, creating job descriptions, and working in accordance with the labor laws.

You will be responsible for running the organization smoothly: customer care, promotion, events, and daily classes.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience.

D7: D1.01 Riverside Residence, Block D, Tan My ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

D2: 204/28 Nguyen Van Huong Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

Good English conversational, reading and writing skills

Minimum of 5 years experience in education management or service industry management

Experience in payroll, recruiting, general business practices and government compliance programs

Experience with labor and tax laws

Hiring staff, creating job descriptions and providing performance evaluations

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, Team worker

Direct Hire, Permanent Full

Experience in management of education centers, schools or gyms preferred

Willing to work both in D2 and D7

Willing to train martial arts at least twice per week

Working hours:

- Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri: 14:00 - 20:00

- Sat and Sun: 09:00 - 15:00

- Daily break 30 minutes

- Mon: OFF
