[Long An] Purchasing Supervisor Chinese Speaking

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Key Responsibilities: • Assist in identifying, qualifying, developing, and consolidating suppliers to optimize the supply base for Vietnam operations and related projects. • Ensure suppliers comply with all company requirements, local regulations, and internal policies and procedures. • Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team to execute quality requirements during supplier, part, and process qualification; drive continuous improvement in supplier quality and process control. • Develop and follow up on localization plans in coordination with the Purchasing Manager. • Support the development and execution of annual cost-reduction initiatives. • Work closely with SQE to conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and qualification processes. • Maintain and update purchasing data in the ERP system. • Support the Supply Chain team with purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and supplier payment coordination. • Continuously improve and optimize the supplier base.

• Bachelor’s or college degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of relevant commodities is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written); English is a plus.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the Vietnamese domestic market and pricing for raw materials and components.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
