1. Legal affairs
• Contracts review, advise and negotiation with related parties.
• Accurately and appropriately prepare legal documents, official letters in both English and Vietnamese as assigned by Dept. Head from time to time.
• Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
• Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws.
• Internal check and monitor the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
• Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
• Initiate & implement activities for promoting compliance culture.
• Have experience in dealing with non-compliance/criminal issues.
• Have deep knowledge and understanding of personal data protection regulations and related issues.
• Have knowledge of the Labor Code and related regulations;
• Provide advice on general corporate, regulatory, administrative and other legal matters as assigned.
2. Compliance
• Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising on potential compliance risks.
• Conduct compliance training as required by Management.
• Conduct investigation of non-compliance and internal audit (e.g., in respect of labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and/or the vendor/supplier code of conduct).
• Maintain documentation of compliance, timely and practical advice.
• Provide update on new laws and regulations and evaluate the impact.
• Draft compliance-related reports as required by HQ.
3. Corporate Governance & Risk Management
• Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place.
• Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures.
4. Other supporting tasks relating to legal and compliance or HR/Administrative as assigned by Dept. Head.

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Having at least 3-year experience in doing Legal affairs.
• Working experience in sales, home [protected info] and business activities such as marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS office proprams.
• Communication, planning skills, problem solving methodology.
• Cooperative attitude.
• Proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Strong ability to streamline job processes.
• Be detail-oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks.
