• Maintain and organize legal documents, case files, and records in compliance with established protocols
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using online databases, legal libraries, and other resources
• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in preparing legal documents, briefs, and correspondence
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and third-party organizations on legal matters
• Coordinate with external service providers
• Perform data entry, document formatting, and proofreading tasks
• Prepare progress reports and update case status regularly
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive legal information
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as required
• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance legal knowledge and skills
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
• Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases.
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a legal setting or law firm is preferred
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication skills)
• Previous experience in legal research and document management is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with legal software and databases is an advantage.
