    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
    Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients
    Escalating complex issues to L2 or L3 support team members as needed
    Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of client issues and resolutions
    Collaborating with other teams to ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner
    Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
    Use existing tools to log issues and ensure timely follow up with customers and various internal teams for ticket closures

    Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
    Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Experience providing technical support in helpdesk or customer service environments.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    Knowledge of networking principles and protocols is a plus
    Spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage for communicating with chinese speaking vendors)
