Accounting & Tax Operations

• Record and reconcile transactions according to VN GAAP (with IFRS bridge where required)
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, AP/AR aging, and cash-flow statements
• Maintain digital audit trail and ensure data integrity in cloud ERP
• Draft and submit VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and statutory reports to the General Department of Taxation
• Liaise with tax authorities during audits and handle queries
• Monitor regulatory accounting/tax updates and proactively brief clients

AI & Technology Utilization

• Configure and optimize OCR, RPA, and LLM-based tools for invoice capture, anomaly detection, and report generation
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose/implement AI-driven improvements
• Advise our AI Agent product development based on client needs

Payroll & Social Insurance Management

• Run end-to-end payroll, PIT, social & health insurance filings
• Drive automation and efficiency in payroll processing

Other Projects

• Attend client meetings when necessary to support and lead deal closures.
• Flexibly assist with client acquisition and internal operations development on a project basis, depending on business needs.
• Act as a bridge between product, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and feedback to our products to create better user experience

1. Technical Expertise

• 　3-5 years of hands-on experience in Vietnamese accounting, payroll, and tax compliance (outsourcing firm or in-house)
• 　Strong command of VN GAAP
• 　Working knowledge of IFRS is a plus

2. Service Delivery Skills

• 　Proven ability to handle full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll runs, and statutory filings for multiple clients simultaneously
• 　Practical experience with popular Vietnamese accounting systems (MISA, FAST, Bravo, etc.)
• 　Ability to build and manage client relationships and expectations

3. AI & Digital Mindset

• 　Experience and eagerness to work with OCR, RPA, or LLM-based tools to automate workflows
• 　Data-driven approach; ability to design and improve SOPs using technology
• 　Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies

4. Language & Communication

• 　Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written & spoken)
• 　Ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance audiences
• 　Effective communication skills with both team members and clients

5. Education & Certification

• 　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 　ACCA, CPA Vietnam, or equivalent (completed or in progress)
