Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

· Work directly with the General Director and Sales Manager on company business activities

· Manage, follow up, and coordinate customer orders with factories and related departments

· Support handling issues related to quality, technical matters, and production when necessary

· Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities

· Coordinate with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal departments to ensure work progress and quality

· Domestic business trips as required

· Report directly to the Management Board

Yêu cầu công việc:

· Japanese nationality

· Age: Around 35 – 40 years old

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Management experience in QA/QC, technical, business development, sales, or manufacturing fields

· Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing companies in Vietnam are preferred

· Candidates currently living in Vietnam are preferred

· Candidates currently living in Japan but with previous working experience in Vietnam are also welcome

· Ability to use both Japanese and English in work is preferred

· Able to provide University Degree Certificate, employment verification documents, or previous Vietnam Work Permit documents for work permit application review

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

· Salary: Up to 2,500 USD gross (negotiable depending on experience and ability)

· Housing allowance and additional insurance can be discussed during the interview

· Company support for air tickets, hotel accommodation, and visa expenses for candidates relocating from Japan to Vietnam

· Company transportation provided for Japanese employees from home to office and from office to customer sites when required

· Professional and international working environment

· Opportunity to work closely with top management

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Off 4 Saturdays and 4 Sundays per month

※ In case of unilateral resignation, supported relocation expenses may need to be reimbursed according to company policy.
