• Develop and grow strategic enterprise accounts while achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Build account strategies to expand business opportunities and maximize customer retention.
• Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, regional, and global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build joint business opportunities with strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends and represent the company at industry events and executive seminars.
• Lead sales initiatives, coach team members, and drive KPI achievement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Sales, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, strategic account management, or IT consulting sales.
• Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, FAST, Bravo, or similar).
• Experience working with Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG industries.
• Strong communication skills with senior business and IT decision-makers.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
