Interpreter Cam Sales Staff (Japanese & English) No Experience Required - 15M Gross [Bien Hoa , Dong Nai] 27060

You will first work in Vietnam, mainly focusing on new business development.
Around August 2026, you will be assigned to the Kyoto headquarters in Japan, where you will work as an interpreter and sales staff for at least 3 to 5 years.
After that, you are expected to return to Vietnam and take on a leadership role as a management candidate for the company.


- Develop new customers and build strong business relationships.
- Communication with the Japanese headquarters.
- Understand customer needs and make suitable proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts, and handle negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams such as production, technical, and logistics.
- Follow up after receiving orders and provide after-sales support.
- After moving to Japan, you will also work as an interpreter and sales staff.
- Other tasks from the manager.

- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate
- English: Intermediate
- Freshers or second-year graduate freshers
- Can work in Japan(Kyoto) for 3-5 years in the future.
