Position: Business Development Intern
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Intern to help drive employer acquisition and pipeline execution. You will work directly on outreach, conversations, and converting employers into active hiring clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to target companies (manufacturing, logistics, cross-border sectors)
Initiate and manage employer conversations across channels (message, call, direct outreach)
Move leads through the hiring process with consistent follow-ups
Book qualified discovery calls with the Execution Lead
Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and pipeline stages
Ensure no leads are lost, delayed, or dropped in the process
Prepare concise employer summaries (company profile, hiring needs, decision-makers)

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Sales, HR, or related fields preferred)
Prior internship or experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Technical Skills
Familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn quickly
Comfortable using basic productivity tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
AI & Innovation Mindset
Open to using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to improve daily work efficiency
Interested in how AI is changing hiring and business operations
Management & Soft Skills
Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
Consistent in follow-ups and pipeline management
Able to work independently without strict scripts
Focused on outcomes, not just activity
Communication Skills
Fluent in English, able to communicate clearly with business stakeholders
Bonus: Chinese language ability or exposure to relevant industries
