Mô tả công việc:

  • Customer Acquisition & Development: Proactively identify and approach potential international clients, building strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Manage Export Orders: Provide product consultation, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with international customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Market Expansion: Research international markets, competitors, and consumer trends to propose suitable business plans for each region.
  • Create Sales Materials: Prepare quotations, contracts, product catalogs, and other commercial documents in English (or the relevant market language).
  • Customer Support: Follow up on orders, resolve any issues or complaints, and maintain post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Trade Fairs/Exhibitions: Represent TNL at international trade fairs and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
  • Aims: complete assigned individual and team goals.
  • Customers: make a list of potential customers and have plan to approach customers.
  • Reporting & Planning: Regularly report sales performance and identify new opportunities in international markets.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean are a plus, depending on the market).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and planning abilities. Understand how to find customers on social network channels, prioritize knowing AI
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or international trade/export is preferred.
  • Personal Traits: Proactive, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and passionate about international markets, willing to travel long distances to meet customers or suppliers.
