Mô tả công việc:

Market Expansion & Strategic Development:
- Spearhead market entry and client development in Thailand within the structural steel, pre-engineered building (PEB), and industrial construction sectors (100% new client acquisition).
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility surveys to evaluate potential locations and advise executive leadership on establishing the official Thailand branch office.
- Cultivate and expand high-level relationships with project owners, general contractors, engineering consultants, and relevant local authorities in Thailand.
Branch Leadership & Legal Representation:
- Direct and govern all daily activities of the regional branch/representative office once established, including serving as the legal representative when required.
- Lead talent acquisition (with central HR support) and drive continuous training and performance development for local branch staff.
- Formulate business development plans to achieve targeted semi-annual revenue goals as set by corporate leadership.
Project Coordination & Commercial Management:
- Lead commercial negotiations, oversee contract execution, and ensure alignment with international trade standards.
- Act as the key liaison between Thailand-based clients and HQ divisions in Vietnam (Engineering, PMD, Factory, Logistics, Finance) to guarantee smooth project execution and timeline adherence.
- Oversee project milestone sign-offs, payment progress, and actively coordinate accounts receivable collection.
- Direct reporting line to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in project sales within structural steel, PEB, or industrial construction sectors.
- At least 3 years operating in executive leadership roles (Country Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Director, Business Development Director, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in international business development, with strong preference for candidates with direct work experience in Thailand or the broader Southeast Asian region.
Competencies & Attributes:
- Full professional fluency in English (mandatory for high-stakes business negotiations).
- Deep understanding of project sales cycles, international commercial contracts, milestone acceptance, payment terms, and debt recovery protocols.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, negotiation, and high-level client relationship skills.
- Strong independent working capacity and entrepreneurial mindset (Country/General Manager mentality).
- Age range: 35–45 years old. Willingness to travel/work abroad for up to 70% of total working time.
