A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
To ensure smooth and timely clearance and delivery of Import and Export activities (Finished goods, Semi-Finished goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spare parts & Machinery). To liaise with factories, BUs and Nestlé colleagues to manage cost/fees effectively, minimize demurrage charge, storage charge at port:
•
• Deliver agreed targets on service agreement with business
• Deliver best quality service by ensuring receipt of accurate customs document in full and time
• Review and maintain General shipping Instruction to Markets at all time
• Coordinate to execute of all import - export related activities
• Analyze container capacity utilization (CCU) & CO2 reporting
• Enhance relationship with competent authority
• Support in Digitalization projects related to Import- Export

Yêu cầu công việc

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
• At least holding Bachelor Degree (preferably in Foreign Trade)
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position
• Having experiences in international logistics, tax exemption
• Be fluent with import-export law/regulation
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Intermediate English Level
• "Can Do" attitude
